Skype call with a recruiter, went through a lesson plan and presented to the recruiter. Spoke through timelines and skills, any teaching experience is helpful. Had 2 video calls - the second being a mock lesson.

The interview was well organized and thorough. The recruiter was engaging and well-versed in the school. Asked standard questions and some situational questions. Be prepared to make a lesson plan for the second round.

The first interview asked questions about my teaching style, goals for living in China, etc. For the second interview, I was asked to design a 90-minute class from two slides.

First interview- goals in China, teaching style, experience, etc.
Second interview. Was told to go through lesson plan "in my own words". This was bizarre because I wrote the lesson plan. Then I was told to add more detail. I'd already added notes about minute details such as handing out and collecting materials.

Apply for the position and schedule an interview. If you pass the first interview, you'll be asked to prepare a lesson plan and present it in the second interview. After the second interview, you'll be offered a contract.
