Decided not to go pasT the HR screen after hearing more about the role. Definitely seems like a great place to work, in terms of mission, WLB, etc, but the role didn't fit my career goals. Recruiter was fantastic as well.

Before getting into the interview, just know that they will ghost you. Flat out. I thought I had a great interview, and was eager to hear back. Manager said, "I'll get back to you whichever way we decide next week" Waited until the following Friday, and tried to get in contact, nothing. Tried contacting them Wednesday, and was ignored. They don't care about your time. They don't care you you take time off work to interview with them. They don't care that you study and think about ways to answer any potential question you might get. Once you're done interviewing, you likely won't hear back from them. You won't get feedback. You won't even know why they're not moving forward with you. Zero communication from them. Zoom with team manager. Pair programming session fixing bugs and implementing a feature or two 6 hours of interviews with various people including a director. Also an architecture design session.
