Before I get into it - let's be honest with ourselves. Incompetence and poor communication is not atypical for a lot of HR and hiring teams. But I interviewed for a simple screening for two positions ... both of which I was qualified for. Based on the questions and conversation, I was honestly shocked that the person I talked to was head of HR. They sounded very young and not knowledgeable. They then told me that they would recommend me to move to the next round. That was the last I heard from them until my 3rd follow up when I was informed that I did not get the job. They must have hired somebody great because I was on the email list trying to sell me their services soon after lol ... which is a joke and it means the person they hired has no idea what their doing if they are targeting me. I'm happy I don't work there if this is any sign of what the company is really like.

Mostly asked about my experience - the problem with these screenings is that HR people don't understand the experience so they don't realize what you are trying to tell them.
