First there was the phone call with the HR, this part is more conversational where they try to get to know you a little to see if you are a culture fit as well as if you match the qualifications on your resume. I can't remember if it was before or after but they make you take assessment tests before and after the in person interview. If the phone call goes well, you go on site to interview. Followed by the cognitive part of the assessment, and then the waiting period begins.
