Online Cognitive and Personality Assessment. Then phone screen with inhouse recruiter. Then another cognitive assessment to verify you didnt cheat on the cognitive assessment. Then technical interview with a inhouse technical recruiter.

Replied to online job posting. Got an email from recruiting within one week. Preliminary cognitive assessment (easy SAT level questions) and a phone interview with a non-technical recruiter. This moved to a video interview with a very friendly manager. Was supposed to take 30mins but we finished early and only took 20. Followed by confirmation of cognitive assessment via google hangouts video. No technical interview besides explanation of job experience and competency. No specific technical questions. Recruiter was extremely friendly and personable, and single handedly convinced me to relocate to the Dallas HQ as opposed to the SLO office for which I originally applied.
