The first phase was a phone screening. I was asked to go over the details of my resume--very straightforward. After this, I was invited for an in person interview. They were very accommodating and offered free parking. I did not have to wait long to be interviewed. The person who interviewed me was nice and I was expecting the questions she asked. Overall, I was offered the position two weeks after my interview.
