Entrevista
I was given some scenarios and I was asked how I would deal with struggling students with students with special needs.
After the initial conversation, I was given a few papers with some problems on them. I was told to come up with lesson plans for second and eighth graders. The second-grade questions were about adding factors with different denominators and the difference between metaphors and similes. The eighth-grade questions were about solving inequalities and the idea of diffusion.

I completed a 30 minute interview where I had to teach a very basic concept, such as slopes in math or synonyms in English, by using Google Slides or Google Docs to clearly explain the topic step by step.
