Hired as a contractor. Interviewed with staffing company and placed within current role. Interests were actually in other areas but this position kept getting brought up. Looking back I would have passed over.

Basically more of an interview to gain background information and to collect interests.
The interview process had three stages and ran seamlessly. First, I spoke with the recruiter twice. Then, I met with the team I would be working with over Zoom. The process was easy, and there was no pressure to perform.
