Went through 2 interviews that went well. Not much technical interview but they used an assessment test at the end. Went through all the aspects of pre-hire only to find out the client changed their mind at the very end. Wasted a lot of time and hours running here and there off the job market waiting for the final start date. Background a-check company they use is very annoying, picky and has tunnel vision and a attitude that's beyond common sense. About left Kforce hire process due to the nonsense coming from a-check that finally gave me the "thumbs up" after a huge document task of sending many...many things by e-mail. Beware and be prepared for a possible hassle with a-check to put your past through the wringer and frustrate you like no other company does.

2 person interview, typical questions ..Why you left previous employer?
One question I remember was ...Do you smoke? Which I don't ...but then one of the interviewers mentions hair drug testing may be used...and then a moment of silence and stares at me to judge my reaction. I had nothing to hide and passed the drug test ok but I didn't like approach of mistrust when answering a question and the "well catch you" attitude as their response in the interview.
