Stephanie with he local San Diego K force team found my resume on Indeed and reached out to me in regards to an assistant Manager position. We had a pleasant phone call and she told me she would forward my info to the hiring company. They declined to moved forward because even though they were hiring for an assistant manager position, they wanted the person to act as Manager, but the catch was, they only paid you as an assistant manager and they wanted someone with more management experience. Tongue twister I know! Moving forward, months later Stephanie reached out to me again with another position, and I gladly accepted the role and again she told me that she would discuss with the hiring company then get back to me. Well, I never heard back. During the waiting period I even referred a close friend to Stephanie that was looking for employment in the Newport Beach area and she brushed her off. So, at this time I would not recommend this company for anyone who's looking for a career change. The team at K Force needs to make sure they have the right person before they present to the company and they need to respect the candidates time and keep them updated on where the position stands
