The interview process was unnecessarily drawn out. After a brief phone screening with the recruiter, I went in for an in-office second interview, which was quick and mostly consisted of them explaining what they were looking for. The final interview felt especially odd scheduled at a restaurant the interviewer chose, located much farther from where I live, only to end with them saying they were still reviewing candidates. That conversation easily could’ve been done over Zoom or Teams. Overall, the process felt inefficient and a bit inconsiderate of candidates time.
