The person I was scheduled to meet with was not on site (HR MANAGER) and it seemed to me that they had to make a last minute change to get someone to be able to interview me. They were completely unprepared, I felt as if they were reading my resume for the first time in the interview process. Needless to say I was very disappointed in their lack of communication with why someone else was interviewing me, why it seemed that they had a few employees running around to find their engineering manager (while I sat in the conference room idly), and why the person who finally interview me after 20 mins of waiting in the conference room had to spend considerable time reading my resume for the first time.
