I initially applied online with a standard application form, and then I was then asked to do a video interview a few days later via email. Did the online interview which comprised of around 4 questions, however did not go through to the next round.

I had X2 phone calls by the recruitment brief interview including my achievements and attributes that contribute to the company.
Accepted to assessment centre.

Informal group interview, assessment day, individual interview. As well as an online test.
Overall poor experience as got through to the final stage and interview went ok but didn't hear anything else from them!
