Keyence is looking for more aggressive personalities to join their sales team. They mainly asked questions geared toward personal traits and management style preference. The one-on-one interview is followed with a trip to Chicago to do a sales presentation on one of their products.

three face-to-face interviews and one online test, taking around one and a half months overall. Each interview lasted about 15–20 minutes, and the questions were quite easy.
Before the first interview, there was an introduction session led by HR. We heard from a current Sales Manager, sharing valuable insights into the role and the company.
