Video Interview, Personality Assessment, Two Skills Assessments (Excel and Written), Two in-person interviews (in two different locations)
Worst interview process I've ever gone through. Took forever and the recruiter was very bad at timely responses. Made me fly to New Jersey for a 2 hour interview, in which one of the interviewers skyped in. They made me pay for the hotel, promising reimbursement, but I did not hear back from them on how to get my money back for at least 3 weeks (after multiple ignored emails). Keyence made me spend 24 hours traveling for what I learned was a very different position than advertised (it was advertised as located in downtown Chicago, only to learn that I would be 45 minutes outside of the city). Ultimately heard back from them that I did not get the position over a month after my previous interview (after the recruiters viewed my LinkedIn profile and saw that I had already begun another job).
As someone in Human Resources, being treated so disrespectfully and thoughtlessly in a position aimed at new college graduates was certainly a turn-off. I will be sure to tell the up and coming grads at my top 20 university and anyone else who sees this that this is how they treat their candidates.
