As others have stated, fairly long and drawn out process. But it seems like they know what they're doing. You'll A) Have to pass a Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test B) Pass a basic HR phone interview with some fairly standard questions C) Pass a Hirevue webcam interview. This shows your presentation skills, public speaking ability, and aptitude to think on your feet. D) Pass a Caliper personality test, which gauges your personality and tests your general aptitude. I've seen a lot of people complaining about the personality test. The reason you're asked so many of the same question is to make sure you're not trying to 'cheat' the system by giving Keyence the answers you think they want. Obviously everyone wants to do well on the test, so it's sort of a safeguard to make sure you're not trying to portray yourself as someone you're not E) Final in person interview.
