I went into the interview with no experience in the industry (I was a new college graduate looking for a job where I could actually use my degree). Despite knowing that I had no experience, I was asked a series of hypothetical - and very specific - questions regarding a variety of scenarios. This was off-putting and made me feel as though I was ill-suited for the position, despite knowing that it was experience I lacked, rather than skill.
