Sat down with one recruiter after applying online through my school's campus recruiting system. Pretty basic in terms of behavioral questions, with a few technical questions thrown in. This was the first round of interviews, and I haven't yet heard back regarding a second interview. Some of the questions asked: What are three qualities that are most important to you as a leader, and why? What are you most proud of on your resume? Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult management/leadership decision. Tell mea about a recent finance-related news article you read and why was it interesting to you. Technical questions: How does the income statement affect the balance sheet? What is working capital?
