Over the phone, mostly went over what the internship would be like. Asked about interests, education, and experience dealing with finances. Only took about 15 minutes and was from their main location in Ohio.

Entrevista
There were several rounds, but overall very simple and conversational. They are also willing to work with you to accommodate timing. Overall great experience. Then, they will hire the intern class so you will be with other people.
Mostly behavioral questions. Very customer service oriented. Ran me through a scenario where I have to sell a traveling service agency. I think there were 2-3 rounds of interviews. All on teams.

There were 2 rounds of interviews done virtually. For the first interview was behavioral questions. For the second interview we had to prepare a mock sales pitch for a technology item.
