First you are contacted by HR and a preliminary phine interview is completed. They as about your previous ecperience and may ask one or two behavioral questions. Then you take a virtual quiz which asks questions to understand your general knowledge. Finally you meet with your Team Lead and Department head for about an hour and are asked a series of behavI oral questions between the two of them. Describe a time when... Three strengths.... three weaknesses.... Then someone from HR follows up with you and an offer is made.
