The interview process takes about a week and included a phone interview and an on-site interview. The on-site interview was by multiple people and had a production meeting situation to work through. I thought that both went great and one of the main interviewers at the end of the on-site interview said that they would call me to discuss more over a lunch interview, but that call never came. I had to email the employee who referred me to see what happened, but I never got a direct answer about it.
