      Entrevista

      I was interviewed by two Managers, very Professional yet they made me feel very comfortable. Very warm and welcoming. Each Manager had a set of questions they asked I think because although they work together they Manage different areas of the CSR Team

      Entrevista

      I applied online and then received an emailing asking me to call a phone number. When I called the phone number, it asked for specific information from me. A day later, I received a phone call from HR to set me up for an interview. I live out of state, so it took some time to narrow down a date/time that was good for me to get there. When I got there, I had an interview with the manager and team leader. They asked questions and what I would do in a couple of weird scenarios, but it wasn't tough at all. I then completed the application and left. I was emailed an assessment to take, which was one of the most out of the ordinary ones I've ever seen. I do not see what that test had to do with weeding out who would be an excellent Customer Service Rep. or not & it was a bit nerve-wracking. Within a few days, I was called with an offer.

      What would I do if a member called in being adamant that she wanted massage therapy but it wasn't a covered service under her medical plan. If you have common sense and a background in health insurance, this should be easy to answer. But if you don't, this may stump some people.
