The entire selection process was well-structured and systematic. It started with an Aptitude Test, which focused on assessing candidates' logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability. The questions were designed to test problem-solving skills and time management.
Candidates who cleared the aptitude round proceeded to the Technical Interview. In this round, the interviewers evaluated technical knowledge in areas such as programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and core computer science fundamentals. In addition to theoretical questions, practical coding problems were also given to assess hands-on skills.
After the technical round, shortlisted candidates participated in a Group Discussion (GD). The GD round tested communication skills, clarity of thought, confidence, ability to present ideas, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
