Very organized with great communication about the process. I met a lot of the staff at once which was great but a little overwhelming at times. They were all so friendly though and gave me a tour of the hospital. I felt like I got a good sense of how it would be to work there.

Tell us the most difficult situation you’ve had at work.
Respectful, - was recruited while working as a registered nurse. Given a tour of the clinics where I would work - everyone was very welcoming and the interview was brief because they already knew me.

3 interviews: meet the office manager, meet the providers, final decision at corporate HQ. Questions from office manager were equivalent to googling top interview questions for NPs. Never discuss salary in first interview. Orientation set-up through human resources, not office manager.
