      Entrevista

Applied on line through Craig’s List, which should have been my first indication of the company. Upon entering the building and being hit with the aroma of wet dog, I should have turned and walked away. I was put in a small conference room and asked to complete an application; all of the information requested was a direct copy of my resume, a laborious process which was completely unnecessary. My first interview was with a nice younger lady, who was a bit timid but very informative. The second interview was with an older woman caked in make-up and who’s laugh was so ear piercing I would rather have screws put in my ears. This interviewer asked basic interview questions, nothing too difficult. Throughout this interview process I could hear an individual screaming and berating individuals over the intercom. This individual was my final interviewee, a knowledgeable person, but by appearance would make me run. He was dressed in slacks and sneakers not business attire. Overall, even if I was offered a position I would not have accepted, this place did not look like it was conducive to providing a better future for myself.

At Kessler International, our interview process is thorough; however, it is comparable to numerous other companies. It is essential, by law, to complete a formal application packet, which details an individual’s contact information, past work experience, and reference information. This process is not out of the ordinary, and most applicants have no issue providing this information. All of our management staff is professional and intends to provide the best interviewing process possible. We look for employees who can grow within our company, and provide the training and support for them to do so. Further, we have two small dogs in our office, which are very clean and housebroken.
