I was interviewed through my agency who told me about the job. Mr. Kerr was on vacation at the time when I was hired. When he returned he greeted me kindly and we hit it off immediately. He asked if they offered me the job yet I told him no. By the time I got home later that evening, the office manager called me at home and informed me that I got the job and I was to start immediately.
