Found the position posted on Craigslist and replied by E-mail with a resume and cover letter. I was called for an initial interview by the sole HR representative. I was interviewed by the Quality Manager and it was more of a discussion than a question and answer session. After that, I was given a brief tour of the facility. At the conclusion of the interview I was told that the Quality Manager would have to discuss it with the General Manager upon his return from a business trip. A few weeks later I received a call from the HR representative asking me to come in for a formal offer.
