What was originally supposed to be a 3-person panel became 2 -- and unbeknownst to either myself or the recruiter I was working with. This meant a single-round process became more than one round, going against what was originally outlined. The interview itself was highly unorthodox. One of the two analysts interviewing me was very late and then dropped off the call multiple times. Neither analyst gave me any time to introduce myself or talk about why I would be good fit for the role. Most of the interview was spent with them asking me remedial questions more fit for a Sec+ certification exam -- which I had already passed and listed on my resume. A completely unprofessional and disorganized team.
