I interviewed over the course of the month. There was an initial phone screen, followed by a behavioral interview, and then a half day interview which was about 2 hours long. The half day interview consisted of a behavioral interview, case study, and presentation. Some of my interviewers were kind, but others were obviously uninterested and seemed keen to just end the conversation. After investing so much time into the process and creating a whole presentation, I received a pretty generic email that I would not be moving along in the process because it wasn't a great "skill fit". Hard to understand how that only became clear after investing hours getting to know them and them getting to know me. Honestly felt like a waste of time.
