A screening phone call, then a challenge question, and then a phone technical interview with multiple technical questions. The phone technical interview was technical questions screening to validate experience and it was overall a good experience.

The process was longer and more time-consuming than expected, with multiple interview stages. The final assessment did not accurately reflect the interview discussion and appeared to contradict what they claimed to provide during the process. Additionally, there was a technical disagreement where one of their senior engineers insisted on information that I believe was incorrect and did not fully consider the answer I provided.
