15 minute screening and then I made it to the final round. I had 2 45 minute interviews that each had 2 people in them. They said I would hear back within 2 weeks (even if alternate or regret). I heard nothing for a month and a half (I even emailed to ask for an update) before I got a rejection email. I had a referral letter and was a competitive candidate. This program favors past interns and co-ops which I did not have. Seems like a great program but probably almost impossible unless you have worked for them before.
