They use the same exact questions every time. It is usually one HR person, a branch manager, and maybe one or two librarians. They go around and ask questions in a round robin format. Sometimes there are additional requirements, like doing a story time or coming up with examples of outreach. If you are an internal candidate, they call you to tell you either way if you got the job or not.
