I applied online and I was contacted 2 weeks later for a Teams interview. I was interviewed by 2 people in the department and the interview lasted about an hour, with a range of questions. The interviewers really put me at ease and didn’t try to catch me out but there was a lot of questions. Understanding the firm’s values and having lots of examples of team work, etc is really important. Immediately after the interview I was contacted to complete an Excel and Word test. Around 3 days later I received an offer.
Professional and curious. I met with multiple people for three visits and everyone was great. It was one of those interviews that lasts, which I like. Sometimes you spend all morning getting there for a 10 minute interview
