It was a super easy and chill interview. They ask the usual questions that you would expect from a retail job. I had one in person interview and was offered the job over the phone a week later. The communication outside of the interview could have been better, but the manager left shortly before I was supposed to start.

All I've gone through is a quick call after applying and to schedule the interview. She asked me why I align with Kendra Scott, my work experience, and if i have any questions for her.

over zoom for 30 minutes, talked to the store manager and she walked me through some questions after getting to know me a bit in the beginning. Nothing very difficult to answer was asked
