Very through and lengthy. Met with a number of senior leaders from numerous functional groups. Process moved slowly, but given the depth of questions and the importance of the role, it was necessary to ensure the fit would be right for both KellyOCG and I.

"The recruiter reached out to me. Met with who I would be reporting into. Then met with VP and Head of Sales. This role was for a solutions architect role working with new and existing lines of business. Recruiter specifically sourced me as I had MSP and global experience which is what they had ideally wanted. Got to final round and because I am not sales focused - the feedback was that is why I was not selected. This comes across as dishonest to me as this was NOT a sales role. They have a dedicated sales team for this. If this was a sales architect role - they should name it that. Left a horrible taste in my mouth and a waste of my time. "
