Kelly Services submitted my resume to Toyota for a telephone interview for an Administrative Assistant position. The inteviewer seemed turned off by the fact that I had a college degree and wanted to know why I was applying for such a position.

During the covid-19 pandemic my job interview was remotely through Microsoft teams. Excellent and smart way of communication. Moving forward if I ever need to interview again I would definitely request remotely

I went into the office in a neighboring town and was given an interview there with a personnel director to discuss my cv, relevant experience in the field, and qualifications.
They ask pretty basic interview questions.
