The interview process was very relaxed and informal. The panel introduced themselves, talked about the job, showed you around and answered your questions. They didn't ask many questions about your background/ work experience. Make sure to talk about your experiences intentionally because they will not ask much of you. The informal atmosphere can be misleading because you can get comfortable just sitting and listening.

Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter who set up the first interview and provided additional information to review. I was asked back for a second interview and told that the job was between me and one other person - since I went first, I believe that the recruiter had more information to provide to the second candidate.
