Short and to the point. They will ask you about your self, your experience, why you want this job. They might give you a scenario, where you have to answer it. They will ask you about the company, it's clients, what it does etc. They just want to know why you want to join the company and your knowledge about the company.

Easy, thorough. The interview lasted about 30 Minutes. They asked about my employment history. They also asked what payroll systems I am familiar with and which ones I have used. We also talked about benefits management.

Not good at all so far. Rude and fast paced. Omg this is so long. I am only typing this because the dang google is making me type okay. It has to be 30 words thirty words thirty words.
