There was no interview, because no one showed up.
Because of the Pandemic, everything is online and when they sent me very specific instructions for the interview, including wanting to see my work area, making sure I had a door that could lock, etc. I complied to the letter.
So, you can imagine how disappointed I was when I signed in, all dressed up and properly caffeinated....and waited an HOUR in the interview room where no one appeared.
I didn't receive a response until the NEXT WEEK simply informing me how I can reschedule. No sincere apology for wasting my time, no explanation other than the recruiter wasn't available and no one could cover her.
I don't understand how a major company like Kelly could be so appallingly unprofessional.

Overall, smooth down to earth questions and typical common sense questions. If you can articulate well this interview should be a breeze ! You must show your work space during the interview.

Entrevista
Interviewer was extremely rude, I got offered a job on the spot and declined. When they asked me why I told them I didn’t have the patience for rude people making snarky comments. I would hire some nicer people to do interviews! Questions had nothing to do with the job description either.
