Basically there was no interview. Good chance if you apply, you will get hired. Must have a bachelors degree. Then you have a group orientation about what's expected and how to handle certain situations.

Entrevista
Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.

Entrevista
The initial interview was really EZ. The personnel were friendly and professional. They encouraged me to continue with the onboarding process. Also, I stated that I would continue to apply.
Short zoom call with other people on the call. Most of it is just listening to rules and guidance to get all signed up and ready to teach. Doesn’t take much longer than about thirty minutes.
