Simple process that included filling out some paperwork. I submitted my resume and then filled out forms for approx. 1 hour. I also had to prepare for, complete, and pass a short quiz about workplace safety (WHIMIS) in the office. The process was quick and did not include a formal, 1 on 1 interview. If you are over 18 and meet the other basic qualifications (no serious health problems, willing to lift 25 pounds, etc.), you should be offered a job.
