i was headhunted on linkedin by one their recruiters and had a quick call about my background and invited to a personal interview. initial interview was made with this recruiter, three days later scheduled an interview with talent acquisition manager and a week later with the board of directors. All conversarion was around my previous experiences and tested my skills. Talked a bit about potencial businesses.
