This company is by far the worst I have ever been interviewed by. I passed all the exams for the position and was discriminated against due to my age and supposed "lack of experience" when this was never an issue with them throughout the entire hiring process. I had already scheduled one interview prior and I could not hear the interviewer. I attempted to fix the issue when I realized it was the interviewer that had her mic muted. I asked the interviewer if she could check if she was muted and instead of attempting to unmute she told me to reschedule and suddenly left the call. I attempted to email and explain how this saddened me and how the interviewer had their mic muted. The interviewer responded to the email BLAMING me for her own technical issues. Then after waiting for another week for another slot to open for the interviews, I was interviewed by another woman who asked me to show my workspace and identification, then immediately after she claimed I did not have the necessary experience for the position even though this was my SECOND interview in a month long so called "hiring process" and this was never communicated to me. I explained that I'd love to prove that this position is for me considering I have amazing technical skills and instead she practically degraded me and didn't even attempt to ask me interview questions. I wasted a month of my life on this horrible company that claims to be a "tech" company even when their recruiters don't know how to simply unmute a microphone. Even if you get this job, it is not worth the stress and the horrible management/recruiters. LISTEN TO THOSE BAD REVIEWS CAUSE THEY ARE RIGHT.
