Initial interview followed by a personality assessment(DISC), followed by a review of the assessment. Next step was the AVA, the life story. Not to forget the hours of interviewing and questioning to make certain that you are the right candidate for the position.

Absolutely unique, personable and open. All parties were incredibly informed, engaged and most importantly honest. By far a refreshing depart from the status quo. he interviewer really wanted to know more than merely about my past experience but also about my capacity to do more, my goals and what I wanted from an employer.
