After submitting my resume, I was contacted via phone by the office manager. She then asked me to come in for an interview at a certain time. When the day of the interview arrived, I arrived at the building and the office manager I spoke with took me back to the supervisor. Both the supervisor and office manager interviewed me in the supervisor's office. It was very laid back and comfortable.

Several one on one interviews and then interview with multiple higher level employees. Also a personality test to start. It does seem a lot for the type of position and pay.

Entrevista
A bunch of psychological tests that they already know the answers to by the time you get to the interview. They will then ask you questions about yourself, only for them to then tell you that they knew you were never qualified for the job, thus wasting 2 hours of your time.
Extremely long, with many meetings. I'd say it was very intensive for a pretty low risk position. Not really worth the time unless you are 100% sure you want the position.
