Waited 3 weeks to here about a first interview, then had roughly one interview a week for the next 3-4 weeks with different people. Went through 4 interviews with the fourth being a technical interview where a developer watched me code something that they read to me. Then at the end they asked me some questions about it and everything seemed to go well. The interviewer even said that if I thought of any more questions for them, there would be another round. I took that as the interview went well. The next morning the recruiter reached out and said they didn't think that they could offer me the lead, but they could offer me the senior developer position. Then literally 5 minutes later they said just kidding they passed on you completely. Over a month of time and four interviews to be rejected after I passed the technical interview.
