I spoke to the recruiters from Kellogg at my universities business career fair and interviewed the next day with 2 recruiters that I met at the fair. They were very friendly and went over what the program entailed and followed up with behavioral interview questions. I had a great feeling about this interview and felt it was a good match. 2 weeks later I was notified that I was not moving on in the process. Then I get a call from a recruiter a month later letting me know that I was being offered the position after room was made for me.
