The interview was in-person at the restaurant with the manager. They reviewed my resume and asked me basic interview questions. They told me they would get back to me via email if I was offered the position. They maintained a strong sense of professionalism throughout the interview.
The interview is fairly easy, and the process is pretty quick. As long as you have a little of experiences in the food service industry, you would be fine. It's easier to get the jobs if you know someone working there.
