I had to go for an interview, and the interview was conducted with 2 others , they asked generic questions such as, why I want to work there, am i really down for this kind of work , why should they pick me over somebody else who has more experience? Then after that when I was successful a trial week , HINT they look for " attention to detail over anything else"
