Very easy phone interview with easygoing recruiter; recruiter let me know immediately that she thought I would be offered a position. I had initially applied online and submitted my resume. I was contacted very quickly by a recruiter/HR rep hired on behalf of the company via email to set up the brief (5-10") phone interview; after that interview, the recruiter spoke with KeHE directly, and called back almost immediately with an offer. I went for mandatory drug screening at their request-at my convenience and at their expense; submitted various forms (I-9, etc,) and was given access to online training and orientation. I was contacted by a KeHE HR person to set up all my paperwork, direct deposit, etc, and then my supervisor contacted me to welcome me, find out the hours I'd prefer to work, offer me convenient territory, etc. Very nice, flexible, accommodating people.
